  • What is the cancellation policy?

    You can cancel or reschedule your sessions up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee. If we need to cancel, we’ll notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative dates.
  • Are refunds available?

    Refunds are not offered once services are delivered. However, if services are not delivered as agreed, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the missed service.
  • How do you ensure service quality?

    We strive for your satisfaction. If you have any concerns after a session, please reach out to us, and we’ll work to address your feedback.
  • What if I need to reschedule?

    You can easily reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without any fees. Just let us know your preferred new date and time.
  • What happens if I miss my appointment?

    If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued. We recommend reaching out to reschedule as soon as possible.
